These terms govern your use of palmbeachplacements.com and the recruiting services provided by Palm Beach Placements, a practice operated by Sugarbyte LLC. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to what follows.
1. Our Services
Palm Beach Placements provides sales recruiting and placement services, connecting client companies with candidates and supporting both sides through the hiring process. We may also provide behavioral assessments and written reports as part of that work.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use our services. If you use this site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
3. Candidate Terms
If you submit materials to us as a candidate, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and truthfully your own
- We may share your materials with client companies considering you for a role, with your agreement as to each specific employer
- You are not bound by any agreement that would prevent you from accepting a role we present
Our services are free to candidates. We are never paid by a candidate for placement.
4. Client Terms
Engagements with client companies are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that search, which controls fees, payment terms, guarantee periods, and scope. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement governs.
Clients agree to make hiring decisions in compliance with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.
5. Assessments and Reports
Behavioral and personality assessments offered through our services are provided for informational and developmental purposes.
Assessments are not clinical, psychological, or medical evaluations, and they are not a substitute for professional advice. They should be used as one input among many and never as the sole basis for a hiring, promotion, or termination decision. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of any assessment complies with applicable employment law.
6. No Guarantee of Placement or Outcome
We work hard on every search, but we do not guarantee that a candidate will be placed, that a role will be filled, or that any particular hire will succeed. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or violate any applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The content, design, text, graphics, and assessment materials on this site are owned by Sugarbyte LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Materials you submit remain yours, and you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of representing you.
9. Third Party Links and Services

10. Disclaimers
